Driving School – Parallel Parking

Time for a little back to the basics in driving. Parallel parking from what I remember was always the biggest fear was parallel parking. I actually didn’t have too much trouble with it, but I remember it being the bane of the test for many of my friends. The funny thing is that once they pass the test, most people don’t really practice it any further and avoid the situation at all costs. There are some basic techniques to learn, but with each car it is a matter of learning when to turn your wheels and how hard.
FearlessDriver.com has a little lesson that I thought I would post today to serve as a little reminder of the basic techniques. Take the opportunity in the next little while to practice this once or twice so the next time you are presented with the situation you will be a champ and nail it on the first try, and without slamming your rear tire up onto the curb!
