I actually restart my "jumping" efforts this morning, and it made a world of difference.  I woke right up and was not tempted to get back into bed.  It really makes a difference for me.  Now if I could just get some sprints on the soles of my feet, that would be cool!</description>

		<description>If the good Lord had meant for me to jump out of bed in the morning He would have put springs on the soles of my feet!! LOL I subscribe to the "greet the day gently" philosophy...I allow myself ONE snooze alarm interval and then slowly stretch myself into my morning. I suppose if I headed to bed a bit earlier, though, those first few steps *might* be a bit bouncier.......</description>
