New Series: Caption This Photo!

Caption This

Often when I review my photos I discover many that I end up tossing or never using simply because they didn’t turn out quite as I had originally intended. Usually a photo is unusable because it is out of focus, distracting elements in the photo that render it unusable, or perhaps most often in concert photography because the photo ended up with a funny expression of some sort. Face it, when singing entertainers make some funny expressions.

With that in mind I thought I would start up yet another series on this site called “Caption This Photo!” or perhaps just “Caption This!” Periodically I will upload a photo with a funny or perhaps just different expression and field your comments on great captions for the photo.

I think this will be a lot of fun, and hopefully you do too! With this post I give you one of the first to have fun with, and do just that…have fun!

Canon 20D, 24-105L, 1/80 at f/4.0 and 400 ISO

Note: The lens flare on the photo is what really makes this one not a perfect fit for what I would use it for, so now I share it with you.

Edit: I have been asked, should this be a caption describing the situation or what he is thinking (thought bubble) or perhaps what the crowd is saying, etc. The answer is “Yes” all of the above. Have fun with it!
