Still In Love
This is my brother and his wife. We were out at a time of day where the direct sun was so bright that keeping their eyes open just wasn’t happening. If I had the time to set things up, and an assistant or two, I would turned them around and used some reflected light. Instead we tried some with their eyes closed for a romantic kind of feel. Did it work?
Canon 40D, 24-105L, 1/1250 at f/4 and 100 ISO

I think it worked. The smiles look a bit fake (IMO), but not too bad. Have you tried it in B&W? Looks like you have some good shadows in there to play with.
Oh I didn’t think the smiles looked fake at all, quite the opposite in fact. If you cover up their mouths you can still see they are smiling from their eyes, even though they’re closed. I think its a very romantic picture. Nice one Jeremy…:)
