Although it was technically 2009 since we were visiting on Januar 1st, it was the final day of the Salt Lake Temple Square lights for the 2008 Christmas season. There is always something amazing about visiting this block with the lights lit and often people singing Christmas carols as they enjoy the view.

Last night I took a trip with my family to the SLC Temple Square to enjoy the Christmas lights. My wife was kind enough to let me wander off with my new camera to take some photos. Fortunately there was other family along to help with the kids
