ZenHabits is on my RSS feed list for regular reading. I enjoy their straightforward articles of that fit right into my attempts at “life tips” to better various aspects of your life. Today I read their article titled 16 Tips to Triple Your Workout Effectiveness that I particularly enjoyed and thought you might as well.
Getting to the gym at all is often a monumental task; so if you are getting yourself there, you might as well be making the most of it! Take a look at the list and see what you can do to improve your time spent.
I particularly enjoyed the sections about varying your workout, lifting slowly and lifting with heavier weights. Focusing on these areas alone will make a huge difference in any workout.
